What do drivers appreciate most about the Rolande app?

The Rolande app was developed to provide drivers with the best possible support while on the road. This includes quickly finding the nearest refuelling location, viewing current status information and easily navigating to the right station. And it works: the survey shows that drivers greatly appreciate the convenience of the app.

Room for improvement: we continue to develop

Drivers indicated that they would like more information in the event of out of service of the fuel stations, such as the expected duration and possible alternatives. The idea of providing instructions in video format was also suggested.

“We take this feedback seriously. We are investigating how we can display fault information more clearly and are looking into the possibility of displaying our video instructions, which are currently only available on YouTube, in the app as well. This will make the app even more user-friendly.”
