CNG+: for vans and trucks
Ready for immediate use in urban logistics delivery vehicles, without modifications and at lower costs than diesel. A proven solution until 2029 for companies that want to become more sustainable now, such as courier services, urban distributors, municipal services and facility transporters, as long as CNG delivery vans and trucks still have access to Zero Emission Zones.
What is CNG+?
CNG stands for Compressed Natural Gas: natural gas under high pressure. It is a low-carbon fuel that runs more quietly than diesel, emits less particulate matter and can be used immediately in light commercial vehicles. You don’t need any expensive modifications to your vehicles or infrastructure, just fill up and drive.
At Rolande, we use LCNG: CNG produced from LNG. This delivers more kilometres per kilogram than green gas via the natural gas network and contains up to 99% methane. That makes it a lot more efficient and sustainable than many CNG alternatives.
Why choose CNG+?
- Up to 25% less CO₂ emissions than diesel
- Lower fuel costs, attractive TCO
- Suitable for daily city routes (delivery van 200–250 km range, CNG truck 900–1,100 km)
- Immediately available via Rolande’s refuelling network
- Less nitrogen, particulate matter and quieter engines
